Summer Intern - Data Science

Location: Remote (United States)  •  Hours: 40 hours per week  •  Duration: 10-12 weeks  •  Start date: Summer 2022

Rho Impact is a multidisciplinary team of ESG strategists, environmental scientists, and technology developers with a mission to expand access to ESG. Rho Impact is seeking a data scientist intern that will develop analytical tools and software to support our carbon accounting and ESG services.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and engineer data to support analytics
  • Develop analytical models related to carbon accounting

Requirements

  • Willing to align your schedule to the continental US time zone
  • Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative attitude oriented around craftsmanship and team success
  • Experience with Python
  • Interest in operating at the intersection of business, analytics, and engineering
  • BS/MS in an analytical field (statistics, applied math, computer science, etc) preferred
